How To Get A Flat Tummy - Day 2

So, these is the second day of my flat tummy challenge. On this day, I'm going to try something a little different.

Jogging

Jogging is one of those exercises that just work for everything! Keeping fit, keeping the blood circulated, and keeping the stomach in perfect shape. Do you have thunder thighs? Well, you should jug as often as you can. So, I go for 20 Laps

2) Squatting

How To Do

Just bend like in the picture, and lift your hands in a similar manner. Feel the weight on your leg as you build your leg muscles, bigger ass and a flatter tummy.

I do this for 10 minutes and have 2 minutes break in-between.

I'm done, can't feel my legs.
