Its annoying how people call you "fat" or "plus size" You don't wanna spend too much in losing weight... These are the top ways to lose weight without spending a kobo! You heard me right.

1)Vegetables are your friends:
Yeah, vegans have it easy, but as Nigerians, can we resist meat?
Eat vegetables as often as you can, it has lotta vitamins and guess what... It doesn't have fat!

2)Drink a lot of water; water keeps your body hydrated and prevents you from eating too much.

3)Stay busy: Once you get bored, you may wanna go to the kitchen and get something to eat, if you keep busy... You won't even remember food.


4) Don't skip meals:
